Actually I didn't really read it, I listened to it while walking up the Swiss mountains with my skies on my back.

• Solve customers' problems and let them feel good
• Say You and not I
• No customer, no business
• Help customer to pay
• Be flexible
• Make friends: Everyone is somebody's somebody
• Fish where the big fishes are
• Sell peace, order, time, support or safety
• Solve problems and don't make excuses
• Accept competitors, show your difference
• Demonstrate product
• Always return calls
• Look professional
• Feel always good and fit
• Test private, sell public
• Ask questions
